1257 & 1259 Glenwood Ave and 535 & 537 Gresham Rd

Pace Properties has filed a Special Administrative Permit (SAP) application for exterior renovations to 1257 & 1259 Glenwood Ave and to 535 Gresham Ave, as well as demolition of the existing concrete block building at 529 Gresham Ave.
