Atlanta Beltline Jamboree - Saturday, May 16
Be a part of the first ever Atlanta BeltLine Jamboree, a community-focused fundraiser that will celebrate the neighborhoods along the Westside Trail Corridor. Proceeds from the event will go toward programs like free fitness classes, workforce development partnerships and targeted community building initiatives. Come together to celebrate and enjoy live music, great food, games, and entertainment in beautiful and historic Washington Park!
Dance 411 hosts Community Arts Day: D.R.E.A.M. - May 2
This event is to inspire kids to focus on there goals in life and strive to make there dreams come to to reality.

CHaRM Recycling Center Now Open
Tues 9am-4pm, Thur 9am-4pm, Sat 8am-4pm
CHaRM stands for The Center for Hard to Recycle Materials. It's a new facility on Hill Street diverting thousands of pounds of household hazardous waste, bulky trash and other hard to recycle items from Metro-Atlanta households, water supplies and landfills.

Atlanta BeltLine Partnership Kicks off the Year with New Fitness Classes
ATLANTA (Jan. 12, 2015) The Atlanta BeltLine Partnership announces its 2015 first quarter free fitness schedule, including the return of favorite classes such as Walk and Talk with a Doc, FitWit, How to Ride a Bike for Youth and Adults, Sunset and Sunrise Hikes, ElliptiGO – as well as a number of new additions such as Adult Swimming, Self Defense, and Barre3 - to get Atlantans out and moving on the Atlanta BeltLine.
1257 & 1259 Glenwood Ave and 535 & 537 Gresham Rd
Pace Properties has filed a Special Administrative Permit (SAP) application for exterior renovations to 1257 & 1259 Glenwood Ave and to 535 Gresham Ave, as well as demolition of the existing concrete block building at 529 Gresham Ave.

Neighborhood Event Wanted
Neighbors, most neighborhoods have regular annual events ranging from things like the East Atlanta Strut to Cabbagetown Chomp and Stomp. SAND neighborhoods do not. We want to change that.
800 Glenwood SAP Approved
Amended SAP plans were approved for the 800 Glenwood development for the Kroger anchor tenant with fuel station and drive-thru. See links to view approval documents.
