School bells will be ringing soon and East Atlanta Kids Club will be providing school supplies to 60 children. We ask that you consider helping us by donating items from the school supply list below.

You may drop off items between now and Friday, August 7 at Joe’s Coffee Shop in East Atlanta or at Brownwood Rec Center. Joe’s is open between the hours of 8am and 9pm, and Brownwood is open from 11 am to 6pm. Directions are below. All donations are tax-deductible and donation receipts are available.

Directions to Joe’s Coffee Shop: 510 Flat Shoals Ave Se, Atlanta, GA 30316. From Downtown Atlanta, take I-20 East to Moreland Avenue (South), exit 60A. Turn right onto Moreland Avenue. Turn left at the second light, onto Glenwood Ave. Next, turn left at the first light, onto Flat Shoals Ave.. The coffee shop is the second store on the right, next to the Suntrust Bank.

Directions to Brownwood Rec Center: 602 Brownwood Ave Ave Se, Atlanta, GA 30316. From Downtown Atlanta, take I-20 East to Moreland Avenue (South), exit 60A. Turn right onto Moreland Avenue. Turn left at the second light, onto Glenwood Ave. Next, turn right at the first light, onto Brownwood Ave. Go 2 blocks south and at the intersection with Emerson Ave, turn left into the driveway of the rec center.
